Motherhood, Shared With Love.
The ideal path for two moms who dream of experiencing motherhood together.

The Method That Makes Both of You Moms
The ROPA Method (Reception of Oocytes from Partner) also known as Shared Motherhood, allows both partners to take part in IVF. One provides the eggs, and the other carries the pregnancy, turning the desire to become mothers into a shared journey

Diagnostic Consultation
Valoración clínica y diagnóstico a ambas madres para definir quién será la madre genética y quién la madre gestante
Ovarian Stimulation (Genetic Mother)
The Genetic Mother begins ovarian stimulation on the first day of her cycle with tailored medication, designed to help her eggs grow and reach the highest possible quality
Egg Retrieval (Genetic Mother)
Once mature, the eggs are collected in a simple outpatient procedure.
Fertilization (Gestational mother)
Endometrial Preparation (Gestational mother)
Through personalized medication, we help the endometrium reach the ideal thickness and receptivity for implantation. During this process, ultrasounds and hormone tests are performed to confirm the optimal moment for embryo transfer
Embryo Transfer (Gestational mother)
The selected embryo is transferred to the Gestational Mother’s uterus in a simple, painless procedure. This step represents the moment where science and technology join with the most human of emotions: the hope of welcoming your baby
Embryo Freezing (Gestational mother)
Any embryos not transferred after IVF can be carefully preserved for a future attempt at pregnancy
Pregnancy Test (Gestational mother)
Following embryo transfer, a blood test is performed to confirm whether the embryo has successfully implanted. Our team is by your side to receive the results with the sensitivity and care this important step in your journey to motherhood deserves
How Is It Decided Who Will Be the Genetic Mother
and Who Will Be the Gestational Mother?
This decision is made together, taking into account medical factors such as age, ovarian reserve, and overall health, while always respecting the wishes and life project of each couple.
At HOPE IVF, we support both of you throughout this process, ensuring that every step is experienced with clarity, empathy, and the most advanced technology to make your dream of motherhood a reality.
